In 2021, Redline Surveys were instructed to carry out the topographical, measured building survey & elevations of the historic Beales building in Bournemouth town centre. This iconic 147,404 sq ft building, which comprised of 10 floors and a roof area, first opened it’s doors in 1881 and closed in 2020.

The topographical survey was carried out to give a broad overview of the main building and surrounding properties within the catchment area, with the measured building survey & elevations detailing and revealing all of the internal and external structure
