Setting Out

Laying The Foundations

The process of Setting Out allows us to mark out a footprint of a building, before construction can begin, but can also be used to determine or locate fence and boundary lines.

For us to achieve this, a Topographical Survey is used to gain co-ordinates, so we can accurately locate specific points like corners of buildings, foundations or steal columns. Once these have been established, we can then set markers for where the positions of these area’s will be constructed.
